By Mail or In Person:

You may mail a resume to our main office or apply in person (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) at 116 East Berry Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.

By Email:
You may email a resume and cover letter to HR.resume@towerbank.net

Progression for Employment
Each resume that is received is carefully screened to determine whether the candidate may be qualified for a current or future job opening at the bank.
 
If you are being considered for an open position, you will be contacted by a Human Resources representative to arrange an interview.
 
Resumes will be kept on file for consideration in Human Resources for one year from the time they are received.
